Without even hesitating, Sakura wrapped her arms around the other and hugged him very tightly. She was so happy to see that he had escaped the terrors of the circus, to see that he was alive and well. Not wanting him to feel strange, she stepped back and smiled warmly.
“I’m glad to see you again….”
Allen was indeed surprised by the embrace. Cheeks flushed, he hesitated a moment before actually hugging her back. The circus, despite how terrifying it had been, gave him many new things to experience.. Friends.. Being scolded more often, mainly for being too formal with people.. Along with other things.
So he couldn’t be angry with the Ringmaster.
When the girl stepped away, he smiled. “Ah.. It’s wonderful to see you again as well, Sakura.. I’m glad you’re alright.”
